I did not have a trip today but when the gulf gets this calm you have to go. Caught all the amberjacks I wanted to catch, attempted to catch a big grouper but could never get one off the bottom and got broke off 3 times with 150 LB power pro line.

The wind is still blowing so I fished the jetties today. Caught 5 bull reds and about 20 jack's (jetty tuna). Caught some of the jacks on topwater lures so that was fun..

The bull red run is getting started. I caught 6 in about 2 hours today. Should get a lot better in the next week.
