Fishing Report December 27, 2006
We fished the river again today and it was a little slow but we did catch a 35 LB blue cat.

Long day on the river today. Fishing was slow but we did catch a 14,17,and 30 LB blue cat.

Fished the lake for striper today. Started out slow but the fish turned on good around 11. Limited out and released a few more over 20" fish.

Fished the river today for big catfish. We started off with some good action on some small fish then we caught a 17 and a 45 LB blue cat. We also lost 2 more big fish.

We fished from 1- 3:30 on the lake today and the striper action was non stop. Released a bunch of over 20" fish and got real close to a limit of box fish. The striper fishing just does not get any better then it is right now for fishing with artificial baits.

Started off the new year on the river with a 31 and a 46 LB cat. River was a little stained down river but we did get 1 spoonbill.

Fished a group of 3 on the river today. We had a pretty steady bite today and caught about 12 5-10 lb cats and a couple of bigger ones that went 21 and 45 LBS.
