Fishing Report September 15, 2008

I went scouting on the lake this morning and it looks like this fall will be much better then last year. I caught fish on almost every cast for about a hour this morning throwing topwater lures, lots of good box fish and a good mix of over 20″ fish. The fish were all in good shape and not skinny like last year, they were also very aggressive and would sometimes knock my lure out of the water several times before getting hooked. Now till November should be good topwater fishing early and good bait fishing later in the day.
