Fishing Report August 8, 2005
Fishing was tough offshore for us today but we ended up catching a few kings, snapper, and amberjack. Shark fishing again tomorrow.

Fished near shore today and the shark fishing was all you could stand. We found a group of about 8 shrimp boats and the sharks were so thick that as soon as you put a bait in the water it would get eaten right away. We also caught a lot of kings. Here is a…

Fished off shore today and ended up with a good box of fish. 11 red snapper to 10 LBS, 3 dolphin to 10 lbs, a 14 LB amberjack,2 mangrove snapper and a few kings. We had about a 5 foot barracuda eat a amberjack right at the boat.
