Fishing Report August 15, 2007
We made it offshore this morning and the weather was perfect but as the day went on the wind and storms from tropical storm Erin forced us back inshore. We caught a good box of snapper and a few big sharks. We will not get to fish in the morning.

We had a really good day offshore today. Snapper to 12 LBS,3 ling, and lots of 30" amberjack with 2 keepers over 32 inches.

Fishing is good in Port O'Connor. Lots of good snapper to 15 LBS and kings up to 40 LBS. The nearshore fishing for sharks has been almost non-stop action ,hooked about 40 sharks today.
