Fishing Report March 20, 2005
Fished the river today and it was slow only caught 5 fish. I am going on vacation next week so maybe the fishing will be better when I get back.

Fished a group of 9 in the afternoon on the lake and it was slow. One boat caught 4 fish and the guys got cold and quit early , my boat stayed out till dark and only managed about 12 fish, 5 good ones and the rest dinks.

Fished a group of 5 on the lake today and it was pretty good early and it was pretty well over by 10:00 AM for us but we fished till 12 and caught one more. Ended up with 14 striper to 11 LBS and 2 largemouth bass.

Went out to do some scouting today and it started of ugly when the water pump impeller went south on my boat, but it was not the first time so I always carry a spare and the good thing about a inboard is you can change it on the water, I even caught 3 fish…

Fished a group of 4 on the river today in the air boat and it looks like the fishing is getting better, we ended up with about 10 Striper to 9 LBS and 8 Catfish with a 19 LB blue and a 22 LB flathead. We also snagged a few gar.
